ITIL Version 3 Foundation courses

We have already run several new ITIL foundation courses, with delegates sitting one of the first examinations on 13th June 2007.

We continue to offer the ITIL v2 Foundation courses in our public schedule during 2007. APMG will retire this course in December 2007 – for more details, see the APMG Qualifications Announcement.

In the best ITIL tradition, we will be discussing with our customers which routes to the new ITIL qualifications best meet their Business needs. With this in mind, we are offering a conversion package of Awareness Training, Assessments and Workshops – foxBRIDGE™ 

Lynda Cooper appointed Technical Editor for ISO/IEC 20000 Part1

Lynda CooperLynda Cooper, International Client Director at Fox IT,  represented the UK as a Principal UK Expert at an ISO/IEC 20000 committee meeting in Moscow (21-25th May 2007).

Lynda was appointed as Technical Editor for Part 1 of the ISO/IEC Standard for future updates, once again underlining Fox IT’s claim to be The Authority in Service Management™

ITIL Version 3 Qualifications

At the official launch of the new ITIL® Publications on the 5th of June 2007, the new qualifications scheme was also announced which sees a “points make qualifications” scheme being introduced.
